What we collect

When you use our billing cost check or contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, practice name, contact details, specialty, state, and practice-level billing figures such as monthly charges, collections and billing fees. We do not ask for, and you should not enter, any patient information.

How we use it

We use your information to show you your results, to contact you about them and about our billing and consulting services, and to understand billing costs across the practices we talk with. We do not publish your individual information, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored with a secure database provider. Access is limited to Rafdon Health Partners team members who need it to follow up with you.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing rafdonhealth@outlook.com or calling (865) 236-0834.

Patient information

This website is not used to collect protected health information. When we work with a practice as a client, patient information is handled under a signed business associate agreement and HIPAA safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
